Please increase the rewards for Guild Ward and Guild Warfare. The current rewards are too little for the whole guild. All members should get rewards when the guild wins, not only the fastest players. A fair way is to give each player a claim limit instead of first-come-first-serve.

Please add a way to buy permanent skins using tickets. A fair price could be around 10× the 7-day ticket cost.

The refresh button in Team Arena Challenge often doesn’t work. Players cannot change opponents even when another team with the same points exists. Please fix this.

The current 20% material loss during Degenerate is too high. It causes big EXP and coin losses. Reducing or removing this penalty would help players a lot.

Consider refreshing the Digital Tower every month or two, analogous to the Dark Tower. The compensation for advancing through the tower is underwhelming relative to the exertion involved. You might consider reassessing the prizes.
I acknowledge the necessity of generating revenue from vending perpetual skins, but please facilitate avenues for free-to-play players to procure them also. Perhaps by augmenting the ticket expenditure for a permanent skin or rendering it attainable via a specific quantity of diamonds.
Guild war scheduling should be adjusted to permit players across diverse time zones to engage. Instead of a brief few-hour guild war, perhaps extend it to 12 or 24 hours. This affords ample time and opportunity for all players to participate and even secure the guild war treasure chest.
Introduce more recent digimons available through the in-game Mall. Currently, the same digimons have been present for nearly a year. This simplifies the acquisition of desired digimons, even for F2P players.
Degenerating a digimon results in a 20% resource forfeiture, encompassing digimon copies, when fully overloaded. Ponder incorporating an option to recoup 100% of resources, potentially for an additional diamond expenditure.
The stat augmentation conferred by “Amplification” within the Core Sanctuary is paltry compared to the time and resources required to generate those central amplifiers. Consider transitioning those stat increments from fixed numerical increases (+50, +60) to percentage-based increases (+0.1%).
For Degenerate, including a feature to eliminate chosen digimon from all formations/core sanct via a straightforward confirmation would greatly benefit players.
Toy Town - Allow the “Skip” option to be permanently locked in once a player has selected that option. Currently, players must repeatedly tap the “Skip” button after each individual match.
Incorporate a reset capability for “Spirit” by expending diamonds or a requisite item.
Digiclub - Permit the defending player to deploy their own formation to safeguard their position or elevate the challenge level of the defending bots. What is the purpose of fortifying our digimons if we must depend on bots to defend our spot?

This is a suggestion and a hopeful one. Since events are some what dead beat, and utterly useless.

- Team Battle can team up with the nearest 2 server.

- At least a quarter event, wherein the event is purposeful in terms of team, guild or collab with other guild to battle a boss( I know there is a guild boss, but a far more stronger but gives a good loots is far better. )

- Guaranteed summon, or as they call “ Pity ” summon. This helps f2p stays competitive.

- A good anniversary gift. I suggest, something that you can degen any digi for free, to 5*. Give back every resources, just like what you did back then for Angemon, this included jogress digis, in which, make something that should be paid in dias but they can degen a copy. Ex, omega, so they will be given back wgx,mgx,ange and tail, 1 each copies.

- Tower reset every 2 months. Same goes to toytown.

- Give old Players, those who played within 1st-2nd month, something.

- Skin can be purchase by diamonds.

Digivolition:

-I have a LOT of concerns below but I want to put this on the top of my list. We all liked watching digimons series because of aside from the storyline and the bond between characters, we all like it when the digimons digivolve from a small digimon to bigger, prettier, more powerful or more wicked digimons. The game seem to have forgotten that part that we enjoy. Nowadays, the images of new digimons are already in their mega form. The status may begin from ultimate and may evolve to mega but the image is already in its mega form. The fun and excitement to digivolve their forms (images) from champon to ultimate to mega is gone. It’s the very reason why most people liked digimon and it’s gone. Bring it back ☹️

Technical Issues:

Arena:

- It lags a LOT specially in the last hour before daily prizes are distributed. This is the time when people rushes to gain more points to compete in the arena before the daily/season reset. It’s such a hassle when it lags right when we’re in a hurry.

-Sometimes when we click refresh to change the opponent choices, it doesn’t change. In the last few minutes, every second counts, specially for those who are sniping to be in a higher/highest rank. Again, it’s such a hassle when we click the refresh and the opponent choices didn’t change, then we have to wait for few seconds before we can click refresh again.

-When we click refresh in arena, either the opponents won’t be changed or it’s just gonna give us the same opponents altering over and over. The reason why we’re clicking refresh MULTIPLE times is because we want to search for other opponents. Why give us the same choices of opponents over nd over? After 2 clicks why not give us other choices of opponents to battle?

Game Difficulty and Issues

Guild War:

-The Guild War’s timelenght is only 6 hours if I’m not mistaken. Why limit it to only 6 hours? Some members maybe sleeping during that time, how can they possibly participate? Why not extend the time period so more members can participate?

Toy Town:

-I’m stuck in the level where there is Lilithmon which is impossible to defeat unless you have a cannon. The game used to provide at least 1 cannon in the stages where there are opponents which can only be defeated with cannon. But now, it’s been how many Toy Town resets and I’m still stuck with the stage with Lilithmon without any cannon after defeating the other 3 digimons in the same stage. This is disabling us to achieve the limited time prizes we can get from Toy Town stage completion. Also this is hindering us from getting more items from Toy Town shops like arena tickets and link summon tickets.

-Another issue in Toy Town is that why do we need to start in the stages that we’ve already defeated before? We should be over those stages that we’ve already defeated.

Endless Trial:

-Same issue with the Toy Town, why do we need to start to the levels that we’ve already defeated? It just doesn’t make sense.

Non-Functional Features:

Fans:

-In our Personal Info profile, below our name, features 3 other info: Guild, Fans and Rank. What’s the Fans feature for? And how to increase it from 0? It’s featured but has no function.

Name Search:

-Why not enable the Name Search? It’s there but it’s not functioning. The only way we can search for people we want to add to our friends list is to search for their icons if they happen to be in the leaderboards. But what if they’re from another server? Then we won’t be able to find their icon in the leaderboards. The only way left is if they happen to say something in the general chat. Why not make things easier and more accessible? Enable the Name Search.

Chat ID:

-In the chatrooms, it shows our character names and servers when we chat. But it only show our OLD server IDs. For example server_112. It only shows server numbers. There have been numerous server merge lately. Server IDs were changed from server numbers to certain digimon names. The server id showing in the chat is no longer accurate. Why not change it into the current server’s name (example: Xiaomon) instead of its old server number?

Shops, Items and Events:

-There used to be Data Extractors available in limited shop before. I haven’t seen one in months now.

-Also, I remember spending a lot to buy more keys to get more data extractors in the Sequence Matrix event. Will that event ever be featured again? It’s been gone for how many months now. While other events like Koushiro’s Adventure, Link of Hope and the fishing event alters continuously, the Matrix Sequence seem to have been forgotten. Why not bring it back?

Digimons:

Forgotten Factions:

-Nowadays, the only new digimons being generated are either from Order, Chaos or Infinity factions. When was the last time this game have generated a new digimon from Miracle, Virus or Legend faction? Nowadays, it’s all about Order, Chaos and Infinity. The other three factions are like forgotten, been pushed aside, valued as less important than the 3 more favored factions. Please remember that we all have our personal favorite digimons in the tv series that made us wanna play here. We of course want to build them to be our strongest digimon in this game and be in our lineup. But because you made Order and Chaos stronger than the other 3 factions, we were forced to build Chaos and Order instead of our personal favorite digimons. Why not add features that will enable digimons from Miracle, Virus and Legend factions to be equally strong as the digimons from Order and Chaos factions? Or at least enable features that can enable us to build them stronger and make them worth putting in our lineup.

-Also, there used to be equal numbers of digimons per faction except for the Infinity faction. Why not make more Miracle, Virus and Legend to make the numbers of digimons per faction even?

Same Digimons and Skins:

-Why create the same species of digimon over and over? Like there’s already a greymon in the Miracle faction, then you’ve generated another greymon species in the Order faction (War Greymon X) and now another greymon in the same faction (Shine Greymon) There are hundreds of digimons that have’nt been generated yet, why generate the same digimon species over and over? Why not make the next greymons as skins instead? Same goes with other digimon species that already exist in the game like Garurumon. There’s just too many digimons of the same species now.

Digimon Wishlist:

-Been wishing forever for that cute little Bearmon.

-Also wishing for Venusmon.

1. Increase Guild Treasury Rewards

Please increase the Guild Treasury rewards for Guild Ward and Guild Warfare. The current rewards are too low for the entire guild. All guild members should receive rewards when the guild wins, not only the fastest hand players. A fair solution would be to set a claim limit per player instead of a first-come-first-serve system.

2. Add a Guaranteed Ultima Chip Skills Option for Enthrophy Chip

The Entrophy Chip system needs a guaranteed way to obtain an Ultima Chip. For example, using a certain number of Augmentor Correctors to secure a guaranteed upgrade would be a reasonable improvement.

3.Permanent Skin Purchase Option

Please add an option to obtain skins permanently using tickets. A fair approach could be allowing players to exchange tickets at around 10× the 7-day skin ticket price for a permanent version.

4.Fix Team Arena Challenge Refresh Issue

The refresh function in Team Arena Challenge often doesn’t work. It becomes impossible to change opponents even when another team with the same points is available. This issue needs to be fixed so players can refresh opponents as intended.

5.Show Overload Upgrade Preview in Digimon Library

Please add an Overload upgrade preview to the Digimon Library so players can see improvements before upgrading.

6.Reduce /Remove Degenerate Material Loss

The current 20% loss of build materials when performing Degenerate is too high. It results in a huge loss of EXP and coins. Reducing or remove this penalty would greatly improve the player experience.
